The firm is on the valuation panels of all the major lending institutions in Ireland and has been engaged as the lead valuer for the Irish Government Revenue Commissioners as well as a number of well-regarded private and institutional clients. All valuations are undertaken by the firm with complete independence, integrity and objectivity, in accordance with the criteria set out in the RICS Appraisal and Valuations Standards (“the Red Book”) and the TEGoVA European Valuation Standards 2016 (“the Blue Book”). Each Valuation is prepared by an SCSI / IPAV qualified valuer and signed off by a senior director / valuer who accepts responsibility for the report. All valuers are knowledgeable and experienced in that particular market or sector.
